Once your gold party date is scheduled and confirmed via email or phone;
it is critical that you update us with your party attendance, 7 days before the event.
This will make certain that we can offer you the best gold partying experience.
Note: We use this information to determine how many reps will be needed,
and how much capital to bring to the party.

This will provide the necessary time for you to market your event,
and it will also ensure that the event will be properly staffed.
