Collection of Information: The Company uses The Site to promote services and to coordinate and manage customer activities. Through these activities, The Site can collect two kinds of information:

Children Under 13: The Company operates The Site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. The Company does not offer service to children under the age of 13, as it is not deemed reasonable that children would have opportunity to use them. Should occasion arise where children under the age of 13 provide The Company with personally identifiable information such information will must be accompanied with. Should The Company determine that a user is under the age of 13, and the user has not released consent of their parent or guardian, Personally Identifiable Information will be discarded. IP Address: An Internet Protocol (IP) address is a numerical label that is assigned to devices participating in a computer network that uses the Internet Protocol for communication between its nodes. An IP address serves two principal functions: host or network interface identification and location addressing. Its role has been characterized as follows: "A name indicates what is being sought. An address indicates where it is. A route indicates how to get there." The designers of TCP/IP defined an IP address as a 32-bit number and this system, known as Internet Protocol Version 4 or IPv4, is still in use today. However, due to the enormous growth of the Internet and the resulting depletion of available addresses, a new addressing system, IPv6, using 128 bits for the address, was developed and standardized in 1998. The Company keeps active logs of The Site visitors, and records these IP addresses. The Company does not associate IP Addresses with Personally Identifiable Information, such that the IP Address has no connection and represents only Non-Personal Information to The Company. The Company reserves the right to make such association, if deemed necessary to enforce policies of The Company, The Site, The Company’s services, customers, or others.
HTTP Cookies: A cookie (also known as a tracking cookie, browser cookie, and HTTP cookie) is a small piece of text stored on a user's computer by a web browser. The Company will honor notarized requests should the requesting individual choose to have such Personally Identifiable Information altered, or removed.
Opt-Out: The term opt-out refers to several methods by which individuals can avoid receiving unsolicited product or service information. The user may opt-out of the collection of Personally Identifiable Information. The user may also opt-out of the use of Personally Identifiable Information used by The Company for other purposes, or for its use in other promotions or offers, or for disclosure by The Company to third parties. To opt-out, the user should contact The Company via email, traditional mail, or phone, and identify the Personally Identifiable Information that is not to be used in such practices.
